Improved performance
Eureka made several modifications to the Mignon to enhance the grinding speed and reduce retention. The improvements include an upgraded 1650 RPM direct drive motor, among other internal modifications. But the most noticeable change is the new inclined layout, which has become a standard feature for grinders designed for single dosing.
65mm Diamond Inside® treated burrs
The Mignon Single Dose features 65mm Diamond Inside® treated burrs, which have a grinding lifespan of over 1360 kg of coffee. Despite its compact size, the 65mm diameter of the burrs ensures consistent grind particle distribution. It enables a high-speed output of 2.3g to 3.3g per second throughout the grind range.
Precise grind adjustment
The grind size can be adjusted with unparalleled precision due to the grinder’s stepless and micrometric mechanism. The 45g bean hopper has been redesigned to accommodate single dosing with a funnel-shaped design and a vented tab compatible with the optional Blow Up System cleaning accessory. The hopper lid is also made of high-quality walnut and has “Single Dose” engraved on it.
Easy to operate
The grinder has an on-and-off switch on the right side of the housing and comes with a 45 g stainless steel dosing cup. This cup has a 58 mm diameter that fits most portafilters, which you can use to transfer grounds to manual brewing devices like pour-over drippers or French presses. The base of the grinding platform is also made of walnut and has a magnet that holds the wooden base securely in place during grinding.
