Eureka Oro Mignon Single Dose Pro
Like all Eureka grinders, the Oro Mignon Single Dose Pro is designed and built in Italy from commercial-grade components. Features and Benefits
Powered by a 4 amp motor that spins at 1650 RPM, the Oro Mignon SD’s 65 mm diamond-inside burrs deliver grounds at 1.98 grams per second (g/s) at espresso sizes and 3.84 g/s at filter sizes. And, because of Eureka’s patented ACE anti-static system, the grounds come out pillowy and clump-free. Mess is further minimized by the inclusion of an anti-chaff funnel that guides grounds directly into the dosing cup with no room for flying away. The Mignon Oro SD Pro is also pleasantly silent, grinding at just over 75 decibels thanks to silent-grind technology.
A true all-purpose grinder, stepless grind adjustments are made using the all-new king-sized knob, which is not only easier to turn, but also includes a handy rotation counter. This is a serious game-changer for any one who brews using multiple methods: it’s so much easier to switch between fine and coarse grind sizes because the rotation counter helps you keep track of exactly how coarse or fine your grind is set.
The Oro Mignon SD Pro features Eureka’s ELR (Extremely Low Retention) System, which uses a silicone bellows and angled geometry to help clear the grind chamber after each cycle so you get only the freshest coffee in your dosing cup.
