We understand problems can sometimes arise, hence why all our coffee machines and grinders are sold with a genuine back-to-base 12-month warranty offered by Australian importers and repair agents, backed by manufacturers.

Back-to-Base warranty means that once an issue is deemed to be a warranty matter, you can be assured that it will be handled directly by our partnered Australian importers and repair agents, backed by manufacturers. This assures you that highly skilled technicians will be carrying out any inspection or work on your machine.

Coffeeteca genuinely strives to help and keep our customers happy and referring our business to family and friends. Rest assured Coffeeteca will do all we can to assist although it is important to note that once the determined warranty period has lapsed, importers and repair agents will not cover the remedy of these faults.

Important: Damage, loss or harm to persons, property or to the products sold to you by Coffeeteca due to improper use, installation, maintenance, modification, or repairs carried out by unauthorised repair agents, bear no responsibility to Coffeeteca or those associated.

Determining a warranty matter.

If you are experiencing machine problems we urge you to firstly reach out to us on [email protected], with a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing (Pictures or a small video if applicable, can be really helpful in aiding us to assist). Once we receive your email, one of our friendly staff members will contact you to discuss the matter. In many cases, troubleshooting steps or a simple tweak of practice can resolve an issue thought to be much worse.

If Coffeeteca determine your machine requires inspection and/or repair, you will be required to have your machine posted to Coffeeteca ASAP (address listed below). Forward postage fee is not covered by Coffeeteca although we will offer you complimentary return postage once works are completed.

Inspection and Repair

Coffeeteca will then organise an appointment on your behalf directly with one of our Australian importers and repair agents to carry out your machine’s inspection and/or repair. On completion, Coffeeteca will offer the complimentary delivery of your machine back to you. As we use only authorised technicians, please allow 10-14 business days for your work to be completed plus the time for return postage.

If it is determined the issues and faults diagnosed are not covered under warranty, a quotation for necessary parts and labour costs will be issued for your consideration and approval before any work is carried out.
