The Gaggia Anima Prestige is a high-quality espresso machine that allows you to quickly produce a cappuccino or latte macchiato on demand. Its tall dispensing spouts are perfect for serving tall coffee drinks or rich, layered milk-based beverages. It features a one-touch carafe that froths milk and can be stored in the refrigerator for future use. This machine also has a large water reservoir, ideal for households with multiple coffee drinkers or those who prefer larger beverages.

Sleek and elegant design
The Anima Prestige measures 223 mm wide and 340 mm high, making it ideal for placement under tall cabinets or on a dedicated coffee bar. Each cup of coffee is made with freshly ground beans, thanks to its 5-step ceramic burr grinder.
You can also adjust the strength of your drink with one of the 5 available settings, ranging from extra mild to extra strong. Then set the temperature to low, medium, or high, between 160 to 185°F. The Gaggia Adapting System ensures accurate dosing by automatically adjusting the grind cycle as it learns your coffee preferences after a few brew cycles.
Easily customise your drinks
Customising your espresso drinks has never been easier with Anima Prestige’s on-demand espresso and espresso lungo feature. You can set the desired volume by simply pressing and holding the button. If you press the button twice, the drink will be ground and brewed consecutively. You can also use pre-ground coffee by selecting the scoop icon through the aroma strength button, and filling the machine through the bypass doser.
Integrated milk carafe
With the carafe securely in place, the Anima Prestige can quickly create a cappuccino, latte macchiato, or simply frothed milk with just one touch. The carafe also fits into a specific socket on the left side of the display and can be removed and stored in the fridge when not in use. When the carafe is removed, a hot water spout takes its place, allowing you to dispense hot water for your americano, tea, or hot cocoa.
Large water reservoir
The Anima Prestige boasts a large 1700g water reservoir and 15-puck dreg drawer. The machine can hold up to 250g of whole beans in the bean hopper, 482g milk in the frothing carafe, and 680g capacity for the drip tray. This tray also features a red float to remind you when it needs to be emptied. The brew spouts are nearly 152 mm tall, and the blue LED screen alerts you when it’s time to refill the water, add more beans, clean the carafe, empty the dreg drawer, or perform descaling.
